Source Energy Solutions Ltd was established in 2021 by Director Matthew. We are a customer-focused company providing both electrical services and renewable energy solutions, specialising in solar panels, EV chargers, and general electrical work.
With years of experience across the electrical and energy sector, we place safety and quality at the centre of everything we do. Just as importantly, we focus on clear communication and a smooth, hassle-free process from start to finish, so you always know where you stand.
Matthew spent 16 years working in the Building Energy Management Systems industry, developing a strong understanding of how buildings operate - from temperature and lighting to air quality - and how all of these link back to energy usage and carbon reduction.
He began his career as an apprentice building control panels, before progressing into site installations and servicing. Over time, he moved into estimating and business development, giving him a well-rounded view of both the technical and commercial side of the industry. At the end of his apprenticeship, he qualified as an electrician and obtained his trade card.
This combination of hands-on experience and strategic insight now underpins the way the business operates - with a focus on practical, efficient solutions that genuinely improve how buildings perform.
